During my recent stay at Residencial Coya in David, I was genuinely touched by the warm Panamanian hospitality provided by the wonderful hosts, Jose and Forsa. From the moment we arrived-tired from travel and a little stressed after a mishap at the bus station-they embraced us like family, ensuring we felt safe while diligently attending to our needs, including organizing transport to the police station and providing delicious fresh water and snacks. The accommodations themselves were impeccable, featuring air-conditioned rooms with tile floors, a flat-screen TV, and a pristine private bathroom stocked with free toiletries; it was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Each morning, we were welcomed with a wholesome continental breakfast, beautifully presented, that truly set us up for our adventures in the surrounding area, including Boquete and Boca Chica.
